Volume percentage measuring device
The device is easy to operate independent of
the atmospheric pressure and its position.
The measuring principle is based on the
evaluation of velocity of sound. A
microprocessor converts the measured values
automatically in the SF6-volume percentage;
these values are digitally indicated.
The device is designed for measurements of
the SF6-volume percentage which is
particularly contained in air and nitrogen
mixtures. The response time is about 1
minute. With the installed rising device it
is possible to shorten the response time. By
the rising process a mixture change at the
input of the device is reached very quickly.
SF6 LeakPointer The cordless battery operated device measures in seven levels of sensitivity within a short response time.
Even after the detection of large leaks the device returns to zero position quickly.
The SF6 LeakPointer is easy to operate with one hand. Leakages can be easily detected via the clearly visible LED display or the audible signal (can be switched off). Continuous operation of the device is possible.
SF6 Mirror-Analyser The Mirror-Analyser SF6 uses the physical dew point mirror measuring principle which is characterised by its high precision and utmost reliability in order to measure the moisture content. By cooling the integrated mirror the moisture content of the gas is determined by measuring the temperature depending on the condensation or icing of the mirror. The other parameters of SF6 quality are determined by measuring the speed of sound (SF6 volume percentage) and electrochemical reaction (SO2 concentration).
SF6 Electronic moisture measuring device Moisture is the most important criteria for the determination of the gas quality. This device has been designed specially for SF6 moisture measurements. It shows a higher resistance against contamination and SF6 decomposition products than conventional moisture sensors and even minimises the usual long time drifting.
The integrated electronic flow meter supports the minimisation of the gas sample quantity and works independently of its position which is the optimum for gas sampling from circuit breaker. Pressure and temperature influences on the measuring result can be excluded. It is a reliable instrument which is indispensable.
